House portrait tiers
Simple tier
A simplified version of your preferred house. Less details drawn in, but the house is still recognizable as yours. This tier includes minimal greenery, and a blank background. This tier also reads best in small form, so drawings start at 6”x 6”, but can be negotiated at a larger size. Color is recommended, again for easier readability with a more simplified image, but a black & white drawing is possible. Another option is to forgo the drawing aspect and just have the portrait painted in oil or acrylic in a simplified style.

Detailed tier
A step above the previous tier, with both black & white and colored artworks having more detail and character. There is the option to have a colored background, or a blank one to focus on the house features. Houses in this tier are made with micron pen and the option of colored acrylic ink wash.

The most detailed version of a house portrait, this oil painting would be the most rendered, lifelike option. Suggested minimum size for this would be 8”x 10”.
